Our Youngest Learners

​​​In Cubs Corner, we nurture our babies and toddlers (typically aged 6 weeks –2 years) through warm, responsive caregiving and sensory-rich play. At a minimum, we maintain a ratio of one educator for every four children to ensure each child receives attentive, high-quality care.

Here, our focus is on building secure attachments and supporting developmental milestones like walking, babbling, early social interaction, and identity formation. The environment is calm and homelike, with routines designed to match individual sleep, feeding, and comfort needs. Our educators tune into each child’s cues and interests, using songs, books, exploratory play, and movement to build language, motor skills, and early connections to others.
