At Little Puma Early Learning Centre, our educators are highly experienced in working with children, and are committed to the Early Childhood Education and Care profession. We successfully promote and maintain a positive team culture in which all staff members are valued, with their individual strengths and backgrounds recognised. This fosters consistency in staffing, allowing all children to build a close connection with their educators.
Continual professional learning is important to us. We actively encourage our educators to extend their professional knowledge by undertaking further studies in the field of Early Childhood Education and Care. In turn, they provide experiences and incorporate learning experiences that are deliberate and purposeful to help stimulate and engage each child.
We are very proud of our staff as they help to lead each child from exciting days of early learning, through a smooth transition into primary school.
With over 10 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, I am passionate about creating safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environments where children feel valued and confident. I began my career at 20, hold a Diploma in Children’s Services, and am currently completing my Early Childhood Teaching degree.
I believe the early years lay the foundation for lifelong learning, which is why I prioritise play-based learning, strong relationships, and inclusive practice. I value meaningful partnerships with families, recognising them as children’s first teachers, and working collaboratively to support each child’s individual journey.
Committed to ongoing professional growth, my greatest reward is supporting children to grow into curious, capable, and confident learners with a strong sense of belonging.
